The checklist
Sections are built per facility type. A medical site is walked as Reception, Exam Rooms and Lab / Specimen — not a generic list of areas — so the crew is measured against the standard that space actually carries.
The failure
Marking an item down opens a required note and a camera, and the site score moves as you do it. A low number with no reason attached and nothing photographed is not something this app will carry forward.
The refusal
Not a warning that can be dismissed when the shift is running late — the submit is refused, and the app names how many items are still missing a photograph. A standard that bends under time pressure isn't one.
The handoff
The supervisor hands the phone over at the end of the walk. The crew member reads the result and signs, and the acknowledgment is timestamped before the record is filed — so the file shows not just the score but that they saw it.
The shift
Clock-in is checked against the site's coordinates and refused outside them. What's left is a timeline: where, when, and eighteen metres from site centre — the document behind any question about who was on site.
Any contractor can show you a screenshot. This is the part that's harder to stage.
The walk. The supervisor scores each area against the site's checklist while standing in it — with the crew member who services the building right there.
The Handoff
A QA score written up after the supervisor leaves is an opinion. Here it isn't filed until the person who did the work has read it and signed — in the language they actually speak.
The supervisor hands the phone over at the end of the walk. The crew member reads the result, adds notes if they have any, and signs — by typing their name or with a finger.
The acknowledgment is captured with a timestamp before the inspection is filed, so the record shows not just the score but that the crew saw it.
The app runs fully in either language, chosen per user. Nobody signs off on a result they had to have translated for them.
